Media enquiries are handled by corporate affairs and are answered within one business day. Outside business hours, the duty line diverts.
Community
Each site has a community liaison officer. Correspondence is acknowledged within five business days, and complaints are logged in our grievance register, which is reported on quarterly.

Whistleblower service
Marridale maintains an independent whistleblower service, operated by an external provider. Disclosures may be made anonymously and are handled under our Whistleblower Policy.
