Marridale Resources was founded in 1994 on a single pastoral lease in South Australia’s upper north. Kettle Hill entered production in 1997 and remains our foundation asset. The company listed on the exchange in 2004 and has paid a dividend in every year since 2011.

“The minerals under this country are a common wealth. A licence is not ownership. It is permission to hold something that belongs to everyone, for a while, and to answer for the state you hand it back in.” - Byron Lee-Edwards, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, FY26 Annual Report

The Sustainability Committee reviews environmental performance, community grievances and closure planning each quarter, and reports to the full Board.

Governance

Marridale maintains an independent whistleblower service operated by an external provider. Disclosures may be made anonymously.
